How we clean your carpet
We vacuum thoroughly, treat stains and then clean the carpet with a hot-water extraction machine. With Premium we add an anti-stain and antimicrobial treatment.

Do you also clean wall-to-wall carpet?
Yes. We clean wall-to-wall carpet per m². Choose "Wall-to-wall carpet" when booking and enter the number of m².
How do I work out the number of m²?
Multiply the length by the width in metres. A rug of 2 by 3 metres is 6 m². Round up.
What's the difference between Starter and Premium?
Starter is a full deep clean. Premium is the same full deep clean, plus an anti-stain treatment and an antimicrobial treatment.
