Can you remove every stain?

Not always. The result depends on the type of stain, the material and how long the soiling has been there.

Can you remove urine odours completely?

We treat sources of odour in a targeted way, but with deeply soaked-in soiling we can't guarantee complete odour removal.

Do I have to pay in advance?

No. At Fresh Up Cleaning you pay after the treatment.

Can the price change during the appointment?
