Fresh Up Cleaning respects your privacy. This statement explains which data we collect when you book an appointment, why we do so and what rights you have. This is a translation of our Dutch privacy statement; in case of differences, the Dutch version prevails.
What data do we collect?
- Name, email address and phone number
- Address, postcode and town of the appointment
- The services, date and time you choose
- Your notes and, if you send them, photos of the furniture or stains to be cleaned
What do we use your data for?
We use your data solely to schedule and carry out your appointment, to send you a confirmation and reminder, and to contact you about your appointment. The legal basis for this is the performance of the agreement.
Photos
Photos you send are stored privately. They are not publicly accessible and are only visible to us via a secure, temporary link.
Who do we share data with?
We never sell your data. We use service providers that help us run the website and booking system: hosting (Vercel), a secure database in the EU (Supabase, Frankfurt) and an email delivery service (Resend). Agreements have been made with these parties to protect your data.
Cookies
The website only uses necessary cookies, such as one that remembers your language choice. If we use advertising measurement (Google Ads), we ask for your consent first. Without consent, no advertising cookies are placed.
How long do we keep your data?
We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or for as long as the law requires (for example, the statutory retention period for invoices).
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to its use. To do so, send an email to freshupcleaning3@outlook.com. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
We take appropriate measures to protect your data, such as encrypted connections, restricted storage and access for authorised persons only.
