What's the difference between Starter and Premium?
Starter is a full deep clean. Premium is the same full deep clean, plus an anti-stain treatment and an antimicrobial treatment.
How does an at-home cleaning work?
We arrive at the agreed time with professional equipment. We first look at the fabric and any stains, then get straight to work. You don't need to hand anything over or move anything.
How much does it cost to clean a sofa?
We clean a sofa with the Starter treatment (full deep clean) or Premium (with an extra anti-stain and antimicrobial treatment). The pricing page shows the fixed price per size, and you'll see your total as soon as you book.
How long does it take for my sofa to dry?
That depends on the fabric, ventilation and the temperature in your home. A sofa is usually dry within a few hours. Good ventilation helps it dry faster.
Can you really remove urine stains and odours?
We treat urine, vomit and other organic stains with products that tackle the source of the odour rather than just masking it. This specialist treatment is a surcharge on top of cleaning the furniture, mattress or rug. With old or deeply soaked-in stains, we'll be honest with you beforehand about the result you can expect.
Which area do you cover?
We work throughout South Holland and the surrounding areas, including The Hague, Rotterdam, Leiden, Delft, Zoetermeer and Dordrecht. Not sure whether we cover your area? Just get in touch.
Do I have to pay in advance?
No. You book online without paying upfront and pay after the cleaning.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes. Get in touch by email as soon as possible and we'll find a new time together.
Why can I send photos?
A few photos of the stains or the furniture help us prepare properly and bring the right products. Photos are optional and only visible to us.

How do I price a corner sofa?
Choose the size up to 5 seats and add an 'extra seat' for every additional seat. You'll see the total price straight away.

Yes. We clean wall-to-wall carpet per m². Choose "Wall-to-wall carpet" when booking and enter the number of m².
How do I work out the number of m²?
Multiply the length by the width in metres. A rug of 2 by 3 metres is 6 m². Round up.
